If there is one word to describe our brand, it is promises.
Jahnke Consulting Inc. was originally established as an independent Long Term Care Insurance Brokerage. After selling long term care insurance (LTCi) for over 35 years, and witnessing our clients struggle to find good care and navigate the complex claim process, we shifted focus to LTCi Claim Advocacy.
We developed a proprietary system that allows our clients access to LTCi expertise, vetted care resources, and professional oversight during the entire claim event.
Our services are guided by Professional Certification Criteria for Patient Advocacy. Our model is a managing service, specifically for Long Term Care insurance claims. We continue to manage the process which includes: communication and correspondence, recertification requirements, documentation requests, professional care provider referrals, and problem-solving strategies. Our services represent the claimant and family members through the duration of their claim.

In 1987 Linda sold her first LTCi policy and she and her husband built a successful agency. Transitioning her company to provide claims advocacy was a natural progression in their client-centered focus.
